Cafe Classic


Scrambled eggs, sausage links, apple-smoked bacon and roasted red potatoes. Served with an assortment of breakfast pastries and fresh fruit.

Blue Ribbon Breakfast


Scrambled eggs with ham or sausage and cheddar cheese and roasted potatoes with sautéed peppers and onion. Served with breakfast pastries and fresh fruit.

Coffee Service

Our coffee service features freshly brewed McGarvey coffee. Your choice of coffee: Breakfast Blend, Decaf, or Half-Caf. Service includes coffee cups, cream, sugar, and sweeteners.

Quiche and Fruit


Choice of ham, bacon or spinach combined with cheese. Served with an assortment of fresh pastries and fresh fruit.

Breakfast Burrito


Scrambled eggs with chorizo, pico de gallo, hash browns, and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla. Accompanied with sour cream and salsa Roja. Served with fresh fruit.

Huevos Rancheros


Scrambled eggs with chorizo, black beans, roasted corn, and pico de gallo, topped with cheese. Served with seasoned baby red potatoes.  Accompanied by crispy tortillas, salsa Verde and salsa Roja. Served with fresh fruit.


Our salads are accompanied by a dinner roll and a cookie.

Garden Salad


Mixed greens with an assortment of fresh vegetables topped with cheese and sunflower seeds. Served with creamy ranch dressing.

Chicken Salad & Fruit


Mixed greens topped with our delicious chicken salad and an assortment of fresh fruit. Served
with honey mustard dressing.

Fiesta Salad


Fresh mixed greens with roasted corn, black beans, pico de gallo, tortilla strips and queso fresco topped with cajun chicken. Served with chipotle ranch dressing

Chicken Pecan Salad


Crispy romaine, honey pecans, craisins and Swiss cheese topped with grilled chicken. Served with balsamic dressing.

Chef’s Salad


Turkey and ham with crisp mixed greens and chopped vegetables garnished with egg and cheese. Served with ranch dressing.

Harvest Turkey Club


Smoked turkey, applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato with dijon aioli.

California Chicken


Grilled chicken, tomato, cucumber, cheddar cheese and greens served with a pesto aioli.

Roasted Vegetables


Seasonal roasted vegetables including squash, peppers, onion and carrot. Served with pesto aioli.

Countryside Club Sandwich


Smoked turkey, bacon and ham with cheddar cheese, tomato and greens. Served with dijon aioli.

Cacciatori Chicken

Pot seared chicken breast served with calamari olives, capers, onions, peppers, mixed with fresh tomatoes. Served with mash potatoes.

Chicken Parmesan

Parmesan crusted chicken breast served with pasta and marinara sauce.

Champagne Chicken

Slowed cooked chicken breast with champagne cream sauce, topped with roasted grapes and fried leeks. Accompanied by mash potatoes.

Chicken Marsala

Tender chicken breasts served with mushrooms in a sweet marsala demi glaze. Accompanied by your choice of rice pilaf or mashed potatoes.

Turkey Dinner

Traditional turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, dressing and gravy. Served with cranberry sauce.

Roasted Pork Dinner

Beef Stroganoff


Beef tips braised with red wine, onions, and mushrooms to make a hearty gravy. Served with buttered noodles or rice pilaf and topped with sour cream.

Baby Back Ribs

Slowed baked ribs with a house-made rub and finished with barbecue. Serve with coleslaw and sweet corn.

Pulled Pork


Tender pulled pork in a light sauce. Served with slider buns, baked beans, coleslaw and fruit.

Roasted Herbs Pork Loin


Pork loin marinated with fresh herbs and slowly baked. Served with creamy mustard dijon sauce and mashed potatoes.

Taco Bar

Your choice of chicken or beef meat, wrapped in corn tortillas, baked with enchilada sauce, and finished with cheese. Served with Spanish rice, and refried black beans.

Design your own picnic by choosing from an assortment of meats and sides. Buns and a condiment tray (pickles, mustard, ketchup, onion, lettuce, tomato and carrot sticks) are included.

We have a selection of traditional “Minnesota Bars” brownies and cupcakes in both individual and miniature sizes. Crisps, custards and pies are also available to pair with your menu. Our buttercream cupcakes are available for weddings and special events. Please contact us for information about flavors, fillings and decorating!
